Thoughts on Beer
I'm not traditionally much of a beer drinker. I'm actually not much of an alcohol drinker at all. Usually when I do drink, it would be a vodka-and-orange-juice or some other simple vodka drink. Svedka is my favorite brand when I don't want to spend as much, but Ketel One is my preference.
Of late, I have ocassionally been stopping at the store to buy a different single 12oz. bottle of beer to try it out. Below are my findings and mini-reviews. I will try to place them in order of preference.
Budweiser Select 55
My favorite beer so far. The taste is definitely the best out of all others that I have tried. Unfortunately, the alcohol content by volume is less than most other beers, thus deeming it less cost-effective.
Keystone Light
Surprisingly a very good-tasting beer for its price. From what I can tell, it's usuaully cast off as a cheap college-kid beer, but it seems to satisfy my tastes quite well. Genetics may have something to do with it as well, as it just so happens to be the beer of choice for my dad.
